These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the AKIDEL platform, an all-in-one B2B commercial and marketing tool. AKIDEL offers: • B2B database enrichment (2000 contacts/month included) • Prospecting campaign automation • Integrated CRM for lead management • Multi-channel broadcasting tools (email, LinkedIn, etc.) • Advanced analytics and reporting Using our services implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service.

• "AKIDEL": the company that publishes the platform • "User": any individual or entity using the services • "Services": all features offered by the platform • "Platform": the SaaS software accessible via akidel.io and app.akidel.tech • "Account": User's personal space on the Platform • "Subscription": subscription to AKIDEL's paid services

3.1 Registration Registration requires providing accurate and complete information. Users commit to keeping this information up to date. 3.2 Free Trial A 15-day free trial is offered to discover our features. 3.3 Subscriptions • Solo Digital: €180 excl. tax/month • Unlimited access to all features • Monthly enrichment of 2000 contacts included • Technical and commercial support 3.4 Access Conditions Access to services requires an internet connection and compatible browser.

4.1 Authorized Use Services are intended exclusively for legal and ethical professional B2B use. 4.2 User Obligations • Comply with applicable regulations (GDPR, LPD, etc.) • Do not use services for illegal purposes • Maintain confidentiality of access credentials • Respect intellectual property rights • Do not compromise platform integrity 4.3 Prohibited Uses • Spam or unsolicited mass sending • Collection of personal data without consent • Use for harassment purposes • Bypassing security measures • Resale or sub-licensing of services

5.1 Data Ownership Users retain ownership of their data. AKIDEL claims no rights over customer data. 5.2 Data Enrichment Our enrichment service (2000 contacts/month) uses public and legal sources to complete your databases. 5.3 Data Protection We commit to protecting your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. 5.4 Backup It is the User's responsibility to regularly back up their data.

6.1 Pricing Prices are indicated in euros excluding tax and may be modified with 30 days notice. 6.2 Payment Terms • Monthly payment by credit card via Stripe • Automatic debit on subscription anniversary date • Invoice available in customer area 6.3 Payment Default In case of payment default, access to services may be suspended after formal notice. 6.4 Refund No refund is granted except as required by law.

7.1 AKIDEL's Responsibility We commit to providing services diligently but do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted operation • Complete absence of errors • Accuracy of enriched data 7.2 Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months. 7.3 User Responsibility Users are solely responsible for: • Their use of the services • Compliance with applicable regulations • Damages caused by their use of services

8.1 AKIDEL's Property The platform, its features and content are protected by intellectual property law. 8.2 Usage License We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license during the subscription period. 8.3 Trademarks and Logos AKIDEL trademarks are registered marks. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

9.1 Duration Subscriptions are taken for one month, automatically renewed. 9.2 Termination by User Users can terminate anytime from their customer area, effective at the end of current period. 9.3 Termination by AKIDEL We may terminate in case of: • Serious breach of ToS • Persistent payment default • Illegal use of services 9.4 Effects of Termination Upon expiration, access to services is suspended and data may be deleted after 30 days.

10.1 ToS Modification We reserve the right to modify these ToS with 30 days notice. 10.2 Applicable Law These ToS are governed by French law. 10.3 Disputes Any dispute will be subject to competent court jurisdiction. 10.4 Contact For any questions: contact@akidel.io 10.5 Nullity If a clause is declared null, other provisions remain in force.
